Why isn’t Pokemon stuff sold in stores much anymore?

My son would like to know why there aren’t many Pokemon toys for sale in stores anymore?

Pokemon isn’t as popular anymore, fads come and go. Pokemon is Still popular though, the games still sell fairly well, and Diamond/Pearl has sold 5 MILLION copies in Japan alone and its been out for three months.

If you’re looking for Pokemon Products, check pokemoncenter.com they sell tons of Pokemon mercahndise. The last time I saw Pokemon in a store was wal-mart back in 2000 after they released the second movie, before that they had tons of stuff, but not anymore.
